About this role

What you'll be doing

Guaranteed New Patients Inc. provides remote front-desk and patient-support services to dental practices across the U.S. We are hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives to be the friendly voice of our partner practices.

Your day: answer inbound patient calls, schedule and confirm appointments, handle reschedules and cancellations, answer questions about services and hours, and make sure every patient feels well taken care of. You represent the dental practice — warm, organized, and professional.

What we are looking for: • Customer service experience, ideally in a dental or medical front-office setting • Fluent English and Spanish • Comfortable with scheduling software and managing a busy call queue • A calm, welcoming phone manner

Schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. business hours. Full-time. Paid weekly.

How and when do I get paid?

You log your hours weekly. Once the client approves your invoice (usually within 48 hours), we deposit your earnings via Wise to your local bank every Friday, at mid-market exchange rates.

Do I work for the client or for HireSwiftlee?

You contract directly with the U.S. client. HireSwiftlee handles payments, contracts, and dispute resolution — but is not your employer. This preserves your independence and keeps cross-border tax clean.
