You pay the contractor's hourly rate plus a flat 15% — that's it. No setup fees, no subscriptions, no hidden charges. You pay only for the hours your contractors actually work, and can cancel any engagement with 14 days' notice.

How the model works

You sign one agreement. We handle the rest.

HireSwiftlee is the agency of record. You contract with us — not with the talent directly — so there is no foreign entity to open, no foreign payroll to run, and no cross-border compliance on your side.

You hire

Post a role, review a ranked shortlist, and pick your candidate. You sign a single Master Services Agreement with HireSwiftlee — the only contract you ever touch.

We contract & pay the talent

HireSwiftlee contracts the professional, collects their tax forms, and pays them weekly via Wise. They are never your employee — the cross-border relationship is ours, not yours.

You pay the rate plus 15%

Each week you get one invoice in USD: the agreed hourly rate plus a flat 15% — and that 15% is our entire client-side fee. No setup fee, no subscription, no hidden charges. You pay only for hours actually worked.

If a recruiter referred the contractor, 15% of the HireSwiftlee fee is their trail commission — paid out of our share, never added to your cost. A one-time $200–$800 placement bonus also applies on the first hire.

Free to join. A $200–$800 placement bonus on every hire (billed to the client, paid to you), plus 15% trail commission on every paid invoice from your candidate — for as long as they're on the platform.
