Placement bonus tiers

The placement bonus is paid by the client as a one-time line item on the first statement after hire. The 15% trail commission is separate and starts immediately.

Placement bonuses are net-30 from the contractor's first day of paid work. 60-day clawback applies if the contractor leaves early — 100% within 30 days, 50% between 30–60 days. Trail commission has no clawback.
