What you'll be doing
A portrait photography studio in South Florida is looking for a full-time bilingual appointment setter to work its warm leads.
Clients find the studio through its online funnels. Your job is to call and message those leads, answer their questions about sessions and packages, help them pay the session deposit, and book them on the studio calendar. You follow the studio's script and work entirely inside its GoHighLevel account.
What you'll do
- Call, text, and email warm leads from the studio's funnels (GoHighLevel power dialer and Conversations)
- Answer questions about sessions and packages, and handle common objections
- Walk each client through paying the session deposit with a payment link
- Book sessions on the studio calendar and keep every lead's stage and notes up to date
- Send a short daily recap: leads contacted, conversations, deposits collected, and sessions booked
Who we're looking for
- Appointment setting, inside sales, or phone-based customer service experience
- Clear, warm, confident English on the phone; Spanish is a strong plus (South Florida clients)
- GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred
- Organized and reliable: you keep the pipeline clean and follow up on time
- Home setup: wired headset, quiet workspace, 25+ Mbps internet
Schedule
40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, Eastern Time. Saturdays are the busiest day. No Sundays.
Pay
$7.50 USD per hour, paid for every hour worked. Full time, ongoing.
