What you'll be doing
Nimbus Outfitters is a direct-to-consumer outdoor-apparel brand, and we are hiring bilingual Customer Support Agents to take care of our shoppers.
You will answer customer emails and chats about orders, sizing, shipping, returns, and exchanges; process refunds and replacements; and turn the occasional frustrated customer into a loyal one. Most of the work is written support in Zendesk, with some phone coverage.
What we are looking for: • Customer support experience, ideally e-commerce or retail • Clear, friendly written English and Spanish • Familiar with a helpdesk tool (Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar) • Patient, organized, and genuinely helpful
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekend coverage. Full-time. Paid weekly.
