About this role

What you'll be doing

Outbound SDR pitching Swiftlee Answering Service (getswiftlee.com) — bilingual 24/7 phone answering — to U.S. small and medium businesses (law firms, dental/medical clinics, home services like roofing/plumbing/HVAC, real estate brokerages, and similar verticals that lose money when calls go to voicemail).

This is a real sales seat, not a script-and-pray dialer farm. You'll work warm + cold lists, run discovery, demo the product, handle objections (price, "we already have voicemail," "we have a part-timer"), and close. We provide the lists, the dialer, the CRM access, and the talk tracks; you bring the phone presence and the closing instinct.

Who we're looking for

  • 1–3+ years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS / services / BPO sales
  • Comfortable on the phone in English (clear, confident, U.S.-business friendly)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus — some SMBs we target are Hispanic-owned
  • Familiar with at least one modern dialer (Aircall, JustCall, Orum, Nooks, similar)
  • Familiar with at least one CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close)
  • Self-managed — you can run your own day without a manager looking over your shoulder
  • Reliable home setup: wired headset, quiet workspace, 25+ Mbps internet

What the work looks like

  • 40 hrs/week, M–F, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific (some early-bird / late-shift flex available)
  • ~80 outbound dials per day expected (mix of cold + warm reactivations)
  • Live demos run directly by you (no separate AE) — full close cycle
  • Average sales cycle: same day to ~7 days (SMB segment, low-friction signup)
  • Weekly 1:1 with the sales manager + daily Slack standup

Compensation

Base: $4 USD/hour, paid weekly via timesheet (Wise transfer in your local currency).

Variable: tiered bonus per close + monthly residual while the customer stays active. Higher-tier plans pay more — push the upsell when you can.

Realistic earnings at minimum KPI (4 closes/wk on AI Growth tier)

  • Base: $640/mo (160 hrs × $4)
  • Bonus: $1,200/mo (16 closes × $75)
  • Residual: builds — $160 in month 1, +$160 every month onward at 4 closes/wk
  • → ~$2,000 month 1, ramps to ~$4,000–$6,000/mo by month 4 with retention

KPIs (minimum to keep bonus eligibility each week)

  • 60 dials/day average (300/week)
  • 4 demos booked per week
  • 4 closes per month (rolling)

Falling under any KPI threshold for two consecutive weeks pauses bonus eligibility on new closes until you recover. Residual on existing customers keeps paying as long as those customers stay active.

Clawback — 30-day pending window

Bonus per close is held as pending for 30 days from the customer's signup date. If the customer churns / refunds within 30 days, the bonus is voided. After day 31, the bonus is locked in and paid out on the next weekly payroll. Residual starts month-2 (i.e. the first full month the customer is active).

Before you apply

How and when do I get paid?

You log your hours weekly. Once the client approves your invoice (usually within 48 hours), we deposit your earnings via Wise to your local bank every Friday, at mid-market exchange rates.

Do I work for the client or for HireSwiftlee?

You contract directly with the U.S. client. HireSwiftlee handles payments, contracts, and dispute resolution — but is not your employer. This preserves your independence and keeps cross-border tax clean.

What if I don't hear back after I apply?
