About this role

What you'll be doing

Swiftlee Answering Service is hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Receptionists to answer calls on behalf of our U.S. business clients — law firms, clinics, home-services companies, and more.

You are the first voice every caller hears. You will answer inbound calls promptly and warmly, greet callers using each client's custom script, take accurate messages, schedule appointments, capture new-lead details, and route or escalate calls per the client's instructions. Every call is handled as if you were sitting in that business's own front office.

What we are looking for: • A warm, clear, professional phone presence in both English and Spanish — you will switch between them all shift • Strong active listening and precise, accurate note-taking • Comfort following per-client call scripts and instructions exactly • Reliable home internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset • Dependability — clients count on every scheduled shift being covered

Schedule: Part-time, U.S. business hours with some flexibility. Paid weekly.

Before you apply

How and when do I get paid?

You log your hours weekly. Once the client approves your invoice (usually within 48 hours), we deposit your earnings via Wise to your local bank every Friday, at mid-market exchange rates.

Do I work for the client or for HireSwiftlee?

You contract directly with the U.S. client. HireSwiftlee handles payments, contracts, and dispute resolution — but is not your employer. This preserves your independence and keeps cross-border tax clean.

What if I don't hear back after I apply?

Clients see new applications in real time. If you don't hear back in 7 days, your application stays active and we surface your profile to other matching roles. You'll see updates inside your dashboard.
