How does the placement guarantee work?+
If your contractor isn't a fit in the first 30 days, we replace them at no additional cost. The placement fee rolls over to the next match.
What languages do contractors speak?+
Every contractor is bilingual in English + at least one other language. Spanish is the most common. We also have Portuguese, Tagalog, and others.
How are contractors paid?+
Weekly via Wise. Contractors set their rate; we apply a flat 5% platform fee. Clients pay through Stripe; contractors receive USD in their local currency at FX-favorable rates.
Do you handle compliance?+
Yes. Every contractor signs an Independent Contractor Agreement covering IP, confidentiality, and tax treatment. W-8BEN / W-9 forms are collected and stored encrypted.
What if I want to convert a contractor to a full-time employee?+
Conversion is allowed after 90 days for a flat conversion fee. Full details in the MSA.
