How it works

Three steps. Then the commission runs on its own.

Get your referral link

On approval, you get a unique referral link and a partner dashboard. Share the link however you already reach businesses — email, your site, a deck, a conversation.

A business signs up through it

When a company creates a HireSwiftlee client account via your link, they’re permanently attributed to you. They get the same great onboarding — nothing changes for them.

You earn on every invoice

Each time that client is billed, you earn a percentage of Swiftlee’s platform fee on that invoice. They hire steadily, you get paid steadily — automatically.

The math

What a referral is actually worth.

You earn a percentage of Swiftlee’s platform fee — the margin we charge on top of contractor pay. Your commission never comes out of the contractor’s wages. Here’s a realistic example for one referred client running a small team.

We’d rather have a small group of partners who genuinely reach the right businesses than a flood of links. We review every application for fit. Strong candidates usually look like:

Agencies & consultancies

You advise or serve U.S. SMBs and startups — marketing, ops, finance, recruiting — and hiring comes up constantly.

Fractional operators

You’re a fractional COO/CMO/recruiter who sees staffing needs across multiple client companies.

Community & network leaders

You run or are central to a founder community, accelerator, or industry group with real reach.

Established referrers

You already make warm business introductions and want to formalize one of them.

Not a fit: coupon/deal sites, untargeted mass email, paid-search arbitrage on our brand terms, or anything that would put our name in front of businesses we can’t actually serve well.

What we ask of partners

  • Represent us honestly

    Describe HireSwiftlee accurately — no inflated promises about pricing, timelines, or outcomes. If you wouldn’t say it to a friend, don’t say it to a prospect.

  • Refer businesses you’d vouch for

    Aim your link at companies that genuinely need bilingual talent and can pay their invoices. Quality referrals keep the program healthy for everyone.

  • No spam, no brand bidding

    No unsolicited mass email, no paid ads on “HireSwiftlee” brand terms, no misleading placements. Violations end the partnership.

  • Let the relationship be the client’s

    Once you’ve made the introduction, the client works directly with us. You earn the trail; you don’t manage their account.
