How long does it take to make a hire?

First shortlist within 24 hours of posting a role. Average time from posting to a signed contract is 5–9 business days. Entry-level roles often close faster; specialized roles can take a little longer.

What's included in the hourly rate?

Everything: contractor wages, payment processing, contracts, dispute resolution, and platform access. No setup fees, no subscriptions, no termination fees. You pay only for hours actually worked.

How are contractors paid?

You pay HireSwiftlee in USD on a weekly invoice cycle. We pay contractors in Mexican pesos via CLABE direct deposit every Friday, at mid-market exchange rates. You receive an itemized invoice per contractor.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Hire one contractor for one week or twenty contractors year-round. Cancel any engagement with 14 days' notice. We also offer volume pricing for teams of 10+ concurrent contractors.

Can contractors handle PHI / HIPAA data?

Yes, for HIPAA-trained contractors. Healthcare clients can request a Business Associate Agreement at signup. Contractors handling PHI complete HIPAA training before their first shift.
