What you'll be doing

SunPath Solar is hiring bilingual Appointment Setters to fuel our residential solar sales team. You will call homeowners, gauge interest in cutting their electric bill with solar, qualify them on homeownership and roof basics, and book a consultation with one of our solar advisors.

This is a great entry point for someone who is energetic on the phone and wants a clear path: book good appointments, earn bonuses, and move up.

Compensation: $7–$9 USD/hour base plus per-appointment and per-sale bonuses.

What we are looking for: • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls • Upbeat, persistent bilingual (English/Spanish) phone energy • Coachable — we will train you on the solar script and qualification • Reliable internet, quiet space, headset

Schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. business hours. Full-time. Paid weekly + bonuses.

How and when do I get paid?▾

You log your hours weekly. Once the client approves your invoice (usually within 48 hours), we deposit your earnings via Wise to your local bank every Friday, at mid-market exchange rates.

Do I work for the client or for HireSwiftlee?▾

You contract directly with the U.S. client. HireSwiftlee handles payments, contracts, and dispute resolution — but is not your employer. This preserves your independence and keeps cross-border tax clean.

What if I don't hear back after I apply?▾

Clients see new applications in real time. If you don't hear back in 7 days, your application stays active and we surface your profile to other matching roles. You'll see updates inside your dashboard.
