About this role

What you'll be doing

Vertex Remodeling & Construction is hiring bilingual Telemarketers / Appointment Setters for our home-remodeling lead-generation team (kitchens, baths, additions, and full renovations).

Your job is NOT to close the project on the phone — it is to book qualified in-home consultations on our sales team’s calendar. You will make outbound calls to homeowners, identify genuine remodeling interest, qualify on budget and timeline without scaring anyone off, surface the co-decision-maker, and lock in an appointment.

Compensation: $7–$9 USD/hour base, PLUS a $100 USD bonus for every booked consultation that results in a signed sale. Strong setters earn well above base.

What we are looking for: • Outbound calling / appointment-setting experience, ideally home services • Confident, friendly bilingual (English/Spanish) phone presence — you will not be rattled by a "no" • Disciplined CRM habits — every call dispositioned, every callback scheduled • A competitive streak; this role rewards the people who book the most

Schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. business hours. Full-time. Paid weekly + sales bonuses.

How and when do I get paid?▾

You log your hours weekly. Once the client approves your invoice (usually within 48 hours), we deposit your earnings via Wise to your local bank every Friday, at mid-market exchange rates.

Do I work for the client or for HireSwiftlee?▾

You contract directly with the U.S. client. HireSwiftlee handles payments, contracts, and dispute resolution — but is not your employer. This preserves your independence and keeps cross-border tax clean.

What if I don't hear back after I apply?▾

Clients see new applications in real time. If you don't hear back in 7 days, your application stays active and we surface your profile to other matching roles. You'll see updates inside your dashboard.
