Your client-facing voice. Order status, ETAs, RMAs, lost-package claims, holiday queue surges. Trained on your shippers’ tone, not generic call-center scripts.

Cold + warm carrier calls, load posting on DAT / Truckstop, rate negotiation, capacity sourcing. Familiar with brokerage workflow inside McLeod / MercuryGate.

Dispatcher

$8–11 / hr

Driver assignment, ELD monitoring, HOS calculations, check calls, detention chase, exception escalation. Bilingual for Hispanic owner-operators.

AR & Billing Follow-up

$8–10 / hr

Invoice chase past 30/60/90 days, deduction management, claim docs, accessorial reconciliation, ACH match-up. Heavy CRM + email workflow.

Your WMS. Your TMS. Your shippers' quirks.

Many of our contractors already have hours in the systems below. For anything not listed — or your internal SOP layered on top — we build a custom HireSwiftlee training in 3 business days and gate your campaigns on it.

Your system not listed?

We'll build the training on your stack — in 3 days.

Send us a Loom walkthrough of your WMS / TMS / OMS workflow (or your internal SOP), and we turn it into a HireSwiftlee credential. Contractors clear it before appearing on your shortlist. Same enforcement as our HIPAA / FDCPA gating.

  • Custom WMS workflows (exception flows, returns, putaway)
  • TMS workflow (load board → contracted carrier → invoice)
  • EDI exception handling (856, 940, 945, 210)
  • Your internal SOPs / brand voice / escalation tree
Why this works for shipper-facing work

Your shippers won't feel the offshore seam.

Three things that matter when the agent IS the brand experience for your client's customer.

Bilingual at B2+ minimum

Native-equivalent (C1) available on premium-tier shipper accounts. They use your tone, your scripts, your email signature.

Live U.S.-time-zone overlap

Mexico + Colombia for full overlap with your shipper service hours. Philippines + India for after-hours tracking queues that work overnight while you sleep.

System-trained before day one

WMS / TMS / OMS / EDI gated as a credential. Your shippers don't pay for the training time — your agents are already cleared when the first ticket comes in.

Where they come from

Best places to source a 3PL back office.

One platform, four labor markets — each one solves a different problem in a 3PL's operating model.

Philippines

Best for · After-hours coverage + shipper CSR scale
  • Largest English-fluent BPO labor pool — built for 24/7 shipper helpdesks.
  • 12-hour offset = your overnight tracking queue gets worked while you sleep.
  • Strongest cost basis when you need 20+ agents on your support floor.

Mexico

Best for · Live shipper support + Hispanic owner-op dispatch
  • Same time zone — live overlap with your ops floor for real-time exception work.
  • Native Spanish for owner-operator drivers + Hispanic-owned shipper accounts.
  • Deep U.S. brokerage exposure — plenty of bilingual McLeod / MercuryGate vets.

Colombia

Best for · Brokerage capacity scaling
  • CT / ET overlap, bilingual, quietly the strongest carrier-sales pool in LatAm.
  • Good hedge against tightening hiring in Mexico City / Guadalajara markets.
  • Low turnover among remote-trained logistics agents — important for shipper CSR.

India

Best for · EDI, AR, back office, overnight exception work
  • Deep EDI + customs documentation experience — perfect for 856 / 945 exception queues.
  • 10–12 hour offset is a feature for overnight tracking + AR chase batches.
  • Cheapest labor basis when live shipper-phone in U.S. hours isn’t the constraint.

Why HireSwiftlee

Versus the three other ways you'd staff this floor.

vs hiring W-2 in-house
$22+/hr fully loaded
Payroll tax, benefits, workers' comp, unemployment, HR overhead, turnover during peak season.
60–70% savings, no I-9, no W-2 admin, scale up for peak in 7 days, down again at the end.
vs a traditional offshore BPO
$15–18/hr opaque markup
You don't see the agent rate, you don't pick the agent, system training is on your dime.
You see the rate, you pick the agent, WMS / TMS training cleared before you see the shortlist.
vs Upwork / Fiverr
Cheap until the shipper escalates
No vetting, no compliance, no contract, no payroll — and they ghost you mid-peak.
Vetted, system-trained, contracted via Swiftlee LLC, paid weekly. Skin in the game on both sides.
Common questions

What 3PL operators ask before they sign.

Will my shippers know they’re talking to offshore agents?

Only if you tell them. Every contractor on the platform is bilingual at B2+ minimum (C1 / native-equivalent available on premium-tier shipper accounts). They use your tone, your CRM, your scripts, and your email signature. Many of our 3PL clients pitch their support team as a U.S.-based operation and never get a question.

Can you train agents on my specific WMS / TMS?

Yes — that's the BYO training capability. Send us your WMS / TMS / OMS / EDI workflows (Loom walkthroughs, internal SOPs, training PDFs), and we turn them into a HireSwiftlee credential. Contractors clear it before they appear on your shortlist. Drafted in 3 business days. Annual renewal cadence is optional but recommended for software you update often.

What about shipper-side compliance (HIPAA-shipping, hazmat, customs)?

We treat shipper-compliance training the same as healthcare-side training: gated. If your shippers move PHI (medical device fulfillment, lab specimen logistics), we require HIPAA-cleared agents. Hazmat IATA, IMDG, or 49 CFR training — same model. CTPAT-aware customs work — required cred on the campaign.

Are these W-2 employees of mine?

No — they're independent contractors of Swiftlee LLC, placed on your campaigns. You get a dedicated assigned team (same agents, your CRM, your KPIs, your scripts) without the I-9, payroll tax, workers' comp, or unemployment insurance. We handle the contractor side, you focus on operating.

How fast can I onboard a shipper-CSR team?

24-hour ranked shortlist from posted role. Most 3PL clients interview their top 3 candidates in 2-3 days, sign within 5 days, and have agents in your shipper-facing queue within 7-10 days (the extra days are for your WMS / OMS access provisioning + custom training upload if you have one).

What if peak season blows up volume?

You spin up additional hires the same way you posted the first role — same shortlist cycle. We typically place peak-season teams in 5-7 days. Off-season, scale down — no early-termination fee, hours are weekly, no minimum commitment.
