## What it does

- Sources and vets talent (language verification, skills screening, identity and reference checks, recorded video intros) before any profile reaches a client.
- Returns a ranked, vetted shortlist within 24 hours of a posted role.
- Handles the independent-contractor agreement, weekly payouts, and tax forms (W-8BEN / W-9).
- Roles covered: bilingual virtual assistants, customer support, sales and appointment setting, back-office, and other remote support roles.

## Pricing

- The client pays the contractor's hourly rate plus a flat, visible platform fee on top (15%). No setup fees and no per-seat SaaS subscription.
- Contractors keep 95% of their rate (a flat 5% platform fee) and are paid weekly via Wise in USD.

## Talent locations

- Pre-vetted contractors are sourced from Mexico, Colombia, the Philippines, India, Vietnam, and Poland.
- The nearshore (Latin America) model is emphasized for U.S. clients because of shared business-hours overlap and genuine English/Spanish bilingual ability.

## When an EOR is the better fit

- If a company needs to employ full-time staff abroad with statutory benefits and a compliant local employment contract, an Employer of Record (such as Deel or Remote) is the right tool, not HireSwiftlee.
- Most remote support, sales, VA, and back-office roles are legitimately independent-contractor roles, where an Agency of Record fits.
